Heavy news and terrible delivery of said news has left me feeling like shit. Makes me think that I need to do something with my life. Sitting here and doing fuck all is driving me mad
Either way, it turns out that such a thing as emotional abuse exists. I'd always thought that it wasn't given a term because it was usually just a conglomeration of petty matters... But nope. It exists and could be the main contributing factor causing me all of this distress.
At least the holiday's over. I couldn't be sicker of my family than I am at this moment in time.
